  • How do you clean my windows?
    360TRANSPARENCY uses purified water and telescopic poles with brushes (also known as water fed pole window cleaning) - we have a state of the art van mounted filtration system which purifies normal water. Not only is using a water fed pole system safer, enabling us to clean windows up to 75 feet high while our feet remain on the ground, it is also environmentally friendly as no chemicals or detergents are used, only pure water, which guaruntees no chemical or mineral damage to your property. Pure water will also leave your windows looking flawless and leaves a streak free, spot free finish.
  • What if i forget you are coming?
    We understand that getting your windows cleaned may not be at the top of your priority list, so we will send a text or Email 24 hours before your scheduled clean as a gentle reminder.
  • Are you insured?
    We have public liability insurance so all of our clients and their premises are covered in the highly unlikely event of an accident.
  • Will you need access to my water supply?
    Nope, all of our vans are fitted with 650 litre water tank.
  • What frequency can you clean my windows?
    You can choose to have your windows cleaned in either 6 or 12 weekly intervals. We can provide one-off cleans on request.
  • How much do you charge?
    We provide prices based on your needs and requirements, so please contact us for a free no obligation quote.
  • What if i am not happy with the work you have carried out?
    We guarantee customer satisfaction, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the work we have carried out, we will re-attend and rectify any problems free of charge. If you are a regular customer, we will also send you out regular feedback forms so you can let us know anything we can do to improve our service.
  • What type of commerical premises do you clean?
    Offices, Hotels, Shops, Schools, Shopping Centres, Leisure Centres, Garden Centres, Pubs, Universities and many more. If you are unsure whether using 360TRANSPARENCY would be right for your needs, please get in contact.
  • What days/hours do you work?
    We work 7 days a week from 06:00 - 21:00 - If you require us to work out of these hours, please let us know.
  • How do i make payment?
    We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including: Credit/Debit card, Contactless payments, Paypal, Bank transfer and cash.
